If you live in Queensland, are visiting from interstate or overseas, or just anyone who is in charge of a vessel, on the water, that has a motor over 6hp - The YOU MUST HAVE A BOAT LICENCE.
Queensland Transport recognises boat licences issued from other Australian States but do NOT recognise overseas licences.
Courses are usually conducted as a one-day course. You have the option in many areas to do your training over a longer period of time or split over two days or evenings. Check with your trainer as to options for flexible delivery.
